About meAs far back as I can remember creative thinking has always been something that just happened within me. From an early age, I remember sitting at my Dad's old drafting table with a notepad and colored pencils. I would sit there in the basement for hours and hours just doodling away. I'd draw logos that I saw and come up with new tag lines. I know that's unusual for a 10 year old but hey...that's what I liked to do! Oh I didn't just draw logos. I would often draw flowers, landscapes or just color blocks blending from one into the next. Sometimes I'd paint too. If it was creative, I probably tried it. I was just that kind of kid.
Soon you will see a photo of me here, however the photographer is always the last to be captured.

My creativity didn't stop as a child, fast forward several years later to college. I decided to go on to school-learning to hone my craft. I received a Bachelor of Arts Degree, with a concentration in Graphic Design, from Messiah College. Many nights were spent in the computer labs on campus creating and finishing the perfect project for my classes. I took a well rounded group of classes touching on the basics and every creative outlet I could get my hands into including Typography, Ceramics, Art History, Drawing, Textiles, and 3-D art. From graduation day on I have been involved in a few facets of creativity in the marketplace. I worked as an Interior Designer, Graphic Designer, Advertising & Marketing Coordinator, and Director of Advertising & Marketing among a few.
I am currently the designer and owner of Studio 313 and it has brought things full circle for me. Every time I sit at my desk, I am sitting at the same old drafting table that I used as a child. Now it has more advanced technology resting upon it but the creative thinking process is still very similar to what it once was. Thinking outside the box, yet stepping into the shoes of my clients in order to bring their project to completion. Creative satisfaction, is what it's all about for me. Aligning my creativity with the needs that my clients have and achieving the results, well that's just the reward. For more information about the services that Studio 313 can provide you.
